August Poetry

Tennant Lake at Dusk

The moustached moon illuminates rustling grass.

Water ripples rings of beaver slaps.10164207

In the silence – flurries of bats.

The Tranquil night

The  moon followed me home.

(Moon of the Bats, Tennant Lake, August 2009 – thanks to all who emailed me their words for this poetry!)
